Our first session will be a “get to know you” session, where I will be asking questions and assessing treatment goals and methods. You are welcome to ask any question before, during and at any point after to help you feel comfortable. After the first session I will recommend session frequency but it is ultimately your choice. Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes.
I currently see most of my clients via telehealth, but also have an office in Jenkintown and have limited in-person slots.
