My approach is eclectic, drawing from various evidence-based modalities and tailored to suit your individual circumstances.  I aim to create a supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your goals, identify barriers, and develop meaningful insights. I am trauma-informed and trained, ensuring sensitivity to the complexities of past experiences while providing personalized care.

My practice incorporates modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART),  Internal Family Systems (IFS, level 1 trained), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brainspotting.

By blending these approaches, I strive to empower you on your journey toward healing, growth, and resilience.
