Individual Therapy

Therapy for Adults Seeking Growth, Healing, and Change

Life can be demanding, and at times it can feel as though you’ve lost your footing — emotionally, mentally, or physically. Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

I view therapy as a collaborative process between client and clinician. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface — the thoughts, patterns, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck — and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel understood and empowered. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, trauma, or transitions in identity or relationships, our work will be shaped around your needs and goals.

My Approach

My approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities that are tailored to fit each individual I work with. I am trauma-informed and trauma-trained, sensitive to the impact of past experiences while focusing on present-moment healing.

I incorporate techniques from:

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS – Level 1 trained)
  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Brainspotting

By blending these approaches, we can address both the mind and body’s responses to stress and pain — helping you build resilience, self-understanding, and lasting emotional balance.
